There are two types of purchasing rights for music: leasing and exclusive. In order to acquire rights to use tracks, first decide which one is right for you. Leasing (as low as $40) means you have limited use and do not own the track but is much cheaper compared to an exclusive license. Exclusive rights ($200 and up) means you are the sole owner of the track and have unlimited use and distribution. For more detailed information on purchasing rights read our Terms & Conditions.

LEASING RIGHTS
Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, and mix the beat/song in any way, shape or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive an untagged WAV file within 24-48 hours of purchase via digital download. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use up to 2,000 copies. Sadge Media will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to “SadgeMedia” on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, Sadge Media still owns the beat(s) and Sadge Media reserves the right to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased… All tracks are C Matt Alfonsi …Publishing administered by BMI, Sadge Songs.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/ song in any way, shape, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract via email granting you exclusive rights to the beat. You own the recording as a “work made for hire”. Sadge Media or Zodiac Entertainment may no longer lease or sell the beat/song. You must however give full credit to the BMI Publishing “Sadge Songs” on all commercial recordings. You will receive tracked-out WAV files and/ or a 320 kbps MP3 for the beat (or song), untagged (free of soundmarks). The song files will be delivered digitally via email as a .zip within 48 hours of purchase.
SPECIAL USES:
Websites, Video Games, Pod Casts, TV, Movies and Commercials,
Websites: (less than 10,000 monthly hits), leasing rights suffice.
Websites: (greater than 10,000 monthly hits) must acquire exclusive rights.
Video Game: must acquire exclusive rights
TV/ Movie: must acquire exclusive rights.
Commercials, In-house, company publications: with less than 10,000, viewers leasing rights apply.
Commercials, In-house publications: for companies with greater than 10,000, viewers exclusive rights must be purchased.
Non Profit organizations: can use a track for free, but must give full credit to artist/ producer.
Student projects for school/ college: can use song for free, but must give full credit to artist/ producer.

“Sales” Disclaimer
All sales are final. Technical issues may delay or prevent delivery of your purchase. Should the product not be delivered within a reasonable time period, you may request a replacement at support@zodiactrax.com, delivery by alternate method, or refund of the price paid, as determined by Sadge Media. Otherwise, no refunds are available.
